What parking options are available?

Answer

We have several convenient parking options nearby. Washington Park Underground Parking is one block away (2-minute walk). The Open Air 3CDC Lot on Vine St & 15th is a 3-minute walk. Mercer Commons Garage is two blocks away (4-minute walk). Street parking may be available on northern streets, but garage/lot parking is recommended. Note: Republic Street is permit parking only. How long can the bar stay open?

Answer

Standard service is four hours; you may buy an extra hour at the per-guest rate shown on the packages page, so the maximum is five hours.

Can we add a champagne toast or signature cocktail?

Answer

Yes—either a welcome glass of champagne or our "Margarita Three Ways" can be added on for $5 per guest (already built into Tier 1).

What's included in bar packages?

Somerset is our sister venue! We got so many requests for private events at Somerset, that we created Somerhaus to better accommodate them, while being able to maintain our mission of keeping Somerset an inclusive spot. You can more about Somerset here.

How far in advance should we book a happy hour event?

Answer

For corporate happy hours, we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance. For larger networking events or during busy seasons, 10-12 weeks advance notice ensures you are more likely preferred date and allows time for proper invitation and catering coordination. For late availability it’s still definitely worth it to Contact us.
