What's included in bar packages?

There are three bar package tiers with different drinks selections, plus add-ons. Compare the drinks, included service time, and per-guest rates on our bar pricing page, then confirm the package for your event with the team.

Can we add a champagne toast or signature cocktail?

Yes—either a welcome glass of champagne or our "Margarita Three Ways" can be added on for $5 per guest (already built into Tier 1).

Can you accommodate food service during happy hours?

Absolutely! We work with preferred caterers to provide appetizer packages ranging from simple passed hors d'oeuvres to elaborate grazing stations. Food pairings enhance the networking experience and help create a more substantial event.

How long can the bar stay open?

Check the included service duration and additional-hour options on our bar pricing page. Confirm the bar start and finish times with the team as part of your booking.

How much time is included for setup and teardown?

Setup and teardown times are built into your rental period. Additional setup or teardown time can be purchased at an hourly rate if needed assuming the schedule permits. All vendors and personal items must be removed by the end of your contracted teardown period unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Contact us to discuss extended setup needs.

What parking options are available?

We have several convenient parking options nearby. Washington Park Underground Parking is one block away (2-minute walk). The Open Air 3CDC Lot on Vine St & 15th is a 3-minute walk. Mercer Commons Garage is two blocks away (4-minute walk). Street parking may be available on northern streets, but garage/lot parking is recommended. Note: Republic Street is permit parking only.
