You are welcome to bring in your own preferred vendors or caterers.

There is a 12% service fee for caterers on our preferred caterer list and a 15% service fee for caterers who are not preferred caterers. 

This fee covers the venue’s costs of items such as labor, administrative needs, insurance, vendor communications, on-site meetings, additional supplies for your event, facility maintenance, administrative overhead, documentation preparation, event set-up/furnishing adjustments, walkthroughs with clients, etc. 

Due to street access limitations, we currently do not allow food trucks at our venue.

Additionally, since catering is outsourced and the caterer still needs to use items in the venue (power, gas, water, bathrooms, furniture, dishes, etc. - all or any of these) this fee is inclusive of these costs. The catering service fee/event production fee is not a gratuity fee.
